Leads, customers, estimates, jobs, invoices
Cordivo connects leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, scheduling, purchasing, and team workflows—so fewer opportunities get lost between systems.
Cordivo Core has no software license fee. Optional outside costs require approval.
Keep the office, sales team, field crew, and purchasing process working from the same information.
Leads, customers, estimates, jobs, invoices
Inventory, suppliers, POs, receiving
Scheduling, fleet, equipment, tasks, automations
Auth, secure data, company isolation
Cordivo uses one dependable operating foundation, then foregrounds the scheduling, documentation, equipment, purchasing, and follow-up tools each trade needs most.
Manage residential, commercial, EV, generator, and lighting work from one connected customer and job record.
Coordinate seasonal crews and recurring customers while keeping designs, site photos, estimates, and storage notes close to the job.
Connect estimates, crew schedules, equipment, safety documentation, before-and-after photos, and customer follow-up.
Treat heavy equipment as scheduled resources—not consumable inventory—and keep utilization and maintenance history tied to the work.
Create a clear operating record for each project while coordinating office work, field progress, vendors, and customer communication.
Give dispatchers and technicians a shared view of customers, scheduled work, site equipment, service history, parts, and invoices.
Coordinate customer intake, technician schedules, job photos, parts, estimates, and payment without rebuilding the record in separate tools.
Coordinate recurring pest-control service and one-time treatments with property notes, technician schedules, materials, photos, and billing in one record.
Keep estimates, scope details, color specifications, crew schedules, progress photos, change notes, and customer billing together.
Connect customer intake, model and serial details, diagnostics, parts, technician schedules, service history, and payment for every visit.
Track each door and opener, dispatch the right technician, document safety findings, coordinate parts, and send estimates and invoices from one workflow.
Keep service schedules, readings, chemical usage, equipment history, repair approvals, photos, and recurring invoices connected to each property.
Keep property photos and customer decisions visible as work moves from inspection and estimate into scheduling, purchasing, and invoicing.
Use the same customer record for scheduled maintenance, enhancements, seasonal work, equipment assignments, photos, and invoices.
Move fast-moving jobs from inquiry to dispatch and payment while keeping trucks, trailers, crews, and disposal notes organized.
Start with Cordivo Core at no software license fee. We will tailor the standard workspace, check in daily, and help prove the workflow with one real or practice job.
Use the core CRM, import contacts, and manage the standard lead, customer, job, and billing flow. Core remains available after the seven-day sprint.
We ask where the current process breaks down, configure the relevant tabs and boards, remove blockers, and move one opportunity through the complete workflow.
SMS and phone usage, paid integrations, payment processing, advertising, purchased data, premium usage, custom work, and ongoing managed services are separate only when chosen.
One trade. One target area. One primary workflow. One daily check-in.
Choose the process gap costing the most time, follow-up, or cash flow.
Adjust the standard tabs, boards, stages, and labels to the business.
Import an approved contact, use an existing lead, or build a practice record.
Target one trade and service area and show how an inquiry enters the pipeline.
Move the real or practice job through scheduling, tasks, field notes, and completion.
Create the estimate and invoice and demonstrate the payment workflow.
Measure time saved, missed steps prevented, and opportunities created.
Upload contacts you already have permission to use, or let us run a limited lead-generation test for your trade and area and make a best-effort attempt to identify a potential prospect you can contact.
No automatic conversion and no surprise bill. We explain each optional cost and receive approval before activation. Lead generation can create opportunities, but it does not guarantee a prospect, appointment, sale, payment, or revenue.

Lead follow-up answers now use Cordivo's canonical lead loader, keeping Ask AI aligned with Morning Brief, Workflow Recommendations, and the isolated public demo. The corrected live answer identifies all four sample leads that need follow-up without reaching into production data, while authenticated workspaces continue to use their company-scoped records.
The record-based action panel is now labeled Workflow Recommendations instead of implying it is the conversational assistant. Its empty state reports only that no workflow actions need attention, while a dedicated Go to Ask AI control returns people to the real question field and focuses it. The existing Ask AI, voice, business-data, and workflow behavior remains unchanged.
The shared AI Workspace now sits directly below Morning Brief, putting suggested questions, the Ask AI field, customer-message drafting, and estimate help ahead of the longer operations panels. Public demo visitors, admins, and regular users keep the same Command Center order, and the mobile workspace preserves visible access to the question field and action.
Roofline designs can now contain multiple disconnected lighting runs, so gaps between peaks, dormers, doors, and separate roof sections stay unlit. The editor and saved customer preview render individual glowing bulbs without a connecting line, use a visibly warm 2700K white by default, and keep cool white as a separate choice. Unfinished runs and duplicate points are blocked before saving, while existing designs retain their stored paths.
Sales teams can now capture or upload a property photo, trace rooflines, compare before and designed views, and calculate seasonal or permanent lighting quotes with company pricing, fees, and add-ons. Each saved design connects to a verified customer and optional job, keeps source and preview photos private under the company namespace, and remains available in recent designs. Admin and regular-user access stays company-scoped, while only admins can change pricing.
Draft and Pending estimates that are not yet connected to a CRM record now offer an explicit Link customer action before PDF download or email delivery. Send and Download guide the user into the same company-scoped picker, save the verified customer ID, and refresh the estimate before recipient review. Cordivo does not guess from typed names or send automatically, and failed saves, stale sessions, changed workspaces, missing email addresses, and duplicate actions cannot silently look successful.

Tell us where leads, jobs, purchasing, or follow-up get stuck. We will make that weak point the focus, tailor the standard tabs and boards, and walk one real or practice job from lead to payment.
